Rich’s commitment to teamwork began on the field. High school athletics taught him that discipline, preparation, and shared goals are non-negotiable for success. Military Service & Intelligence Background
Rich served as a Cryptologic Technician Operator in the United States Navy, working within the intelligence community on secure, mission-critical operations. This experience instilled discipline, precision, and a deep respect for secure, scalable systems, as well as a clear understanding that every mission depends on trust, preparation, and accountability.
The Navy reinforced Rich’s belief that the most effective organizations operate as unified teams.
